INGREDIENTS
3 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
2 oz Silver or Blanco 100% Agave Tequila
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Garnish with sugar or kosher salt, lime wedge, and orange wedge.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well to combine.
Strain into a salt or sugar-rimmed glass full of ice. Garnish with fresh orange and lime wedges.
Mellow Monkey
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¼ cup Tequila
¼ cup Club Soda
1 tsp Sugar
Garnish with kosher salt and grapefruit wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub half of the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge; dip the rim of the glass in salt.
In the same glass, combine grapefruit juice, tequila, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in tequila, add ice, and top off with club soda.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
